Step ONE: Have these files already downloaded. I have scanned them with Kaspersky myself so don't worry! However feel free to do it yourself, I understand I am a newbie to this forum, so i'm not trustworthy... :

1.) Bioshock.iso (6GB) - This is the actual game. You can obtain the game through private FTP's, downloading the image via various peer 2 peer applications such as Bit Torrent.

2)Max Image (5.5MB) - This is a mini-image of the DVD. It will look on your hard drive as if the file size is 6 GB, but it's not!

Alright so here's what you do.

First off, extract the contents of the BIOSHOCK.ISO somewhere onto your hard drive. Meaning you'll have all the files of the DVD on your hard drive which are readily accessible.

Second, assuming that you already have Daemon Tools installed, mount the MAXI image onto the virtual DVD drive. A popup will come up showing you the contents of the image. Close this!

Third, remember those files you extracted from the BIOSHOCK.ISO? Now, since you have the 'maxi' image which has the DVD copy protection data on it, run the 'BSAUTORUN.exe' from the extracted files of the BIOSHOCK.ISO. This will give you the BIOSHOCK install screen. Click install!
